ApplyKit stores the CV you upload, the job descriptions you paste, and the CV and cover letter files it generates for you, so you can come back and re-download them. Files are private to your account — no one else can access them.

Generating a tailored CV or cover letter sends your CV content and the pasted job description to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the draft. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.

Deleting your account removes your uploaded CV, generated documents and account data. Contact how@shecurates.de to request deletion.
